Plaintiff John L. Reese, an inmate at the Pontiac Correctional Center, brings this pro se complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief and damages for the alleged violation of his federal constitutional rights in connection with his conviction for armed robbery, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
