PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO LIMIT INTERROGATORIES AND PLAINTIFFS’ OBJECTION TO INTERROGATORIES (filed July 15, 1961)
This is an action, brought under the court’s diversity jurisdiction, to enforce *167a written contract and for damages for its alleged breach. Defendants have filed a counter-claim for damages against certain named plaintiffs for breach of the same contract and for damages caused by the actions of an alleged conspiracy among certain named plaintiffs.
