Before us is a motion by Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Prudential”), a creditor, for relief from the auto matic stay, imposed by Section 362 of title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”), which would permit Prudential to foreclose on certain vessels that are the subject of alleged first preferred ship mortgages in favor of Prudential and require the Debtor to bring their challenge to those mortgages in the admiralty courts.
