Before the Court is the motion of The Drexel Burnham Lambert Group Inc. (“Group”) and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated (“Inc.,” together with Group, the “Debtors”) to adjudge former employees of Inc. who are members (the “Members”) of the Chicago Board of Trade (the “CBOT,” or the “Board”) in violation of the automatic stay provided in section 362 of 11 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.
