HOWARD C. BUSCHMAN, III, Bankruptcy Judge.
United States Lines, Inc., debtor and debtor-in-possession (“U.S. Lines”), and its affiliated debtors and debtors-in-possession, McLean Industries, Inc. (“McLean”), First Colony Farms, Inc. (“First Colony”) and United States Lines (S.A.), Inc. (“S.A.)” (collectively, the “Debtors”), have moved for an order authorizing and approving a Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement (the “Agreement”).
