MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, Fred and Barbara Calvet-ti, initiated this breach of an oral contract action because the defendants allegedly failed to complete repair work on two of the plaintiffs’ Washington, D.C. properties.
