MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

LaShawn Lemmons (“the plaintiff’) brings this action against Georgetown University Hospital (“Hospital”) and Debbie Ellerby (“the defendants”), 1 alleging that they engaged in racial and religious discrimination and retaliation against her in the course of her employment as a laboratory technologist with the Hospital, in violation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 2-1401 et seq.
