In these consolidated criminal cases, defendants were charged with possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992, and felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. The trial court granted defendants’ motion to suppress, concluding that the warrant authorizing the search of defendants’ residence was not supported by probable cause. The state appeals, and we affirm.
