The state appeals the trial court’s order granting defendant’s motion to suppress evidence obtained during the execution of a search warrant. The search warrant was issued by the Washington County Circuit Court for execution at two residences in Marion County and one residence in Washington County. During the execution of the warrant, defendant was present at one of the Marion County residences.
