MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
This matter comes before this Court on Defendant General Motors Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Responses from General Motors Corporation (hereinafter "GMC") to Plaintiff's Interrogatories and Request For Production. Also pending is Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery and Pretrial Conference. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied at this time.
