MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Shell Oil Company’s [hereinafter “Shell”] Motion for Summary Judgment. The Plaintiffs1 oppose this Motion. Both the Plaintiffs and Defendant filed supplemental responses after conducting additional discovery. Motions for Joinder in Support of and in Opposition to this Motion for Summary Judgment, by Mobil Oil Company [hereinafter “Mobil”] and Litwin Corporation [hereinafter “Litwin”], respectively, were denied as untimely.
