The petitioner, Herbert R. Jones, seeks review of a Final Decision of the District Unemployment Compensation Board (the Board) disqualifying him from receiving unemployment benefits for eight weeks on the ground that he had been discharged for “misconduct,” within the meaning of the District of Columbia Unemployment Compensation Act.
