Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered upon a directed verdict in favor of defendant in an action for personal injuries.

Defendant constructed ready built homes. Plaintiff’s employer, Tegland Transportation Company, moved them to purchaser’s lot. To facilitate loading of the houses a pit had been dug at the south end of the factory with a ramp at the south end of the pit so that equipment could back down into the pit to receive the load.
