OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Denise Jarrett brings this proposed class action against Defendants Sa-nyo Manufacturing Corporation (Sanyo), Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Wal-Mart Stores Arkansas, L.L.C. (collectively, Wal-Mart), alleging the Defendants designed, manufactured, distributed or sold defective 42" and 46" Sanyo plasma televisions.1 Plaintiff filed her action in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, but it was removed to this Court by Defendants under the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 (CAFA), 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d).2
