This consolidated, multi-district litigation is brought by consumers in Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin, on behalf of themselves and similarly situated consumers in those states. Plaintiffs say that defendant, The Dial Corporation (“Dial”), continually misrepresented the antibacterial properties of its “Dial Complete” branded soaps.
