MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VAN BEBBER, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action alleging retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Plaintiff also asserts state law claims, of outrage, defamation, false imprisonment, assault, and battery. The case is before the court on the following:(1) Plaintiff’s motion (Doe. 125) to reconsider the court’s Order denying his motion to file a first amended complaint; and(2) Defendant’s motion (Doc. 92) for summary judgment.
