— This is an appeal from a judgment of the Marion Superior Court in appellee’s favor in an action in replevin begun by appellant before a justice of the peace for the recovery of certain counters, bins, etc., alleged to be the property of the plaintiff. There was a trial by the court, with a special finding of facts and conclusions of law. A motion for new trial -filed by appellant was overruled. The errors assigned and relied on for reversal challenge (1) “the conclusions of law stated upon the finding of facts,” and (2) the ruling on said motion. The motion for new trial contains seven…
