The appellee brought suit against the appellants for possession of a tract of real estate in Lake County. The complaint was in one paragraph in the usual form. The issues were closed by an answer in general denial. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, a special finding of facts was made, a conclusion of law stated thereon in favor of the appellee, and judgment rendered in accordance therewith. Error of the court in stating its conclusion of law is the only question presented by the record for our consideration.
