Certiorari. This proceeding was instituted to have annulled an order of the district court of Lewis and Clark county adjudging the relator guilty of contempt.

Briefly, it appears from the record that on April 6, 1905, a cause entitled “Billa M. Coulter v. Union Laundry Company,” being at issue, was heard before Hon. Henry C. Smith, sitting with a jury, in department 1 of said court. The relator was counsel for plaintiff, and T. J. Walsh. Esq., for defendant.
