These causes were heard at the same time, and submitted on the same briefs. As the facts are practically the same’ a statement of one cause will suffice for both.

The petition filed herein alleges that in a certain action pending in the district court of Silver Bow county an injunction was issued and served on these relators, enjoining them from mining ore from certain designated ground. Thereafter an affidavit was filed charging the relators with violating such injunction.
