This matter is before the Court pursuant to Rule 9(e) of the Rules of the Board on Professional Responsibility. Respondent, J. Kai Lassen (“Lassen” or “Respondent”), is a member of the Bar of this Court who was admitted to practice in 1971 and is now 53 years of age.
