Kilday, Judge:

Convicted by general court-martial for assault with a dangerous weapon, in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 928, accused was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for twelve months. The convening authority and a board of review affirmed such findings and the adjudged punishment.
