After trial by general court-martial in Germany on August 21, 1952, later review by the convening authority, and. a review by a board of review, the accused stands convicted of one specification of unauthorized absence in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 680; a breach of arrest in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §728; and a larceny in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50' USC § 715.
