INTRODUCTION

Pro se Plaintiff John Willis Richard (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against Defendants Brian Fischer, Anthony Annucci, John Nuttall, Karen Bellamy, Christopher Lindquist, Albert Prack, Thomas Poole, Sheryl Zenzen, Gerard Guiney, Norman Parrish, Andrew Giannino, Jennifer Dignean, and Thomas Tanea (collectively “Defendants”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986, alleging discrimination based on his race and religion, and retaliation.
