INTRODUCTION
Pro se Plaintiff William M. Gustafson (“Plaintiff’) alleges that in the early morning hours of November 27, 2010, after becoming involved in a dispute over karaoke singing at Shorts Bar (“Shorts”) in the Village of Fairport, the individual defendants, each of whom was an officer with the Fairport Police Department (the “FPD”), assaulted Plaintiff and violated his constitutional rights.
