Pro se Plaintiff Jason Lopez (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant Amended Complaint pur*576suant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Sergeant Cipolini (“Cipolini”) and Correction Officer Burguess (“Burguess”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
