Plaintiffs Benny T. Warr (“Warr”) and Nina M. Warr (collectively, “Plain*643tiffs”) filed this' action on September 19, 2013, alleging various claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as claims under New York state law. (Dkt. 1).
