The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages to his automobile caused by a collision with a combine which was being towed by the defendant behind a truck oh state highway 49 in Grant County. He alleges that the collision and resultant damage were due to the carelessness and negligence of the defendant. The defendant answered and alleged that the collision and the - damage to the vehicles involved' were proximately caused or contributed to by the negligence of the- plaintiff -in the operation of his automobile.
