The Court of Civil Appeals for the Second Supreme Judicial District has certified five questions to this court in a suit for damages by appellees, Mrs. Beulah Gardner and her husband, George Gardner, against appellant Winifield Scott, on account of personal injuries suffered by Mrsi Gardner when she and her husband, as guests of appellant, were riding in appellant’s automobile driven by Mr. Gardner.
