OPINION

HARBISON, Chief Justice.

This action is a sequel to the decision of this Court in the case of Huskey v. State, 688 S.W.2d 417 (Tenn.1985), cert. denied, 474 U.S. 936, 106 S.Ct. 299, 88 L.Ed.2d 277 (1985).

It is not necessary here to repeat the history of the case as contained in the opinion just cited. Briefly, appellant was appointed to represent an indigent defendant in a criminal case. He represented the accused, one of three codefendants, during a two-week trial, on appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeals and upon application for permission to appeal to this Court.
