This action is one wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendant upon a certain fire insurance policy issued by the defendant to the plaintiff, which insured certain property of the plaintiff against loss or damage by fire, lightning, and tornado. The complaint is in the proper and usual form in such cases.
