The defendant Bankers Casualty Company, a corporation, is engaged in the business of writing accident insurance. George A. Flath took out a policy in the company. In his application for the insurance which became and was a part of the policy, he stated that his occupation was that of proprietor of an auto-accessory business and his duties were “counter duties and salesman — supervising only.” This policy was in force on July 8th, 1920.
