This suit was commenced for the purpose of restraining the sale of certain shares of the stock of the appellant owned by the respondent, as well as for the purpose of procuring an order requiring appellant to bring its books and records within the jurisdiction of the court, and also to obtain an order granting respondent the privilege of examining the same.
