In this reciprocal attorney discipline case, the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland (“AGC”), through Bar Counsel, asks this Court to suspend indefinitely Robert Weston Mance, III, with the right to apply for reinstatement in Maryland only after he is reinstated to the Bar of the District of Columbia.
