In this ease bill and answer were filed, and, on motion of plaintiff for a decree pro eonfesso, decree was entered accordingly.
The bill charged that the plaintiff had established a business of creating, manufacturing, and selling an advertising service for those engaged in the business of dry cleaning; that plaintiff had customers and business in all parts of the country; that in December, 1927, appellant, Wark, entered plaintiff’s employ as a traveling sales manager at $85 a week, remaining in such capacity until March, 1929, when the employment ended; that after…
