This suit was brought by Jennie S. Martin against Esther Bruner and others to foreclose a mortgage on real estate. A judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, and the defendants bring these proceedings in error.

The sole question involves the construction of the statute of limitations. There was. a stipulation as to the facts, from which it appears that the plaintiff resides in New Jersey and has never been a resident of Kansas.
