This suit was commenced against two defendants, A. W. Beck an'd J. O. Beck, to recover as damages the value of several stacks of hay destroyed by fire, due to the alleged negligent operation of a tractor owned and operated by defendants, and used in connection with a threshing or seed-hulling machine. At the time of appearance, both defendants moved for a change in place of trial from Ada to Elmore county, on the ground that J. O.
