MILLER, Justice.

The plaintiffs and appellants, Joseph Poulsen and Glen Poulsen, prior to and at the time of the institution of this action, were farmers, owning approximately 170 acres of land, 100 acres of which was under cultivation and the greater portion thereof in 1945 was planted to potatoes. Said land is situate in what is called the New Sweden Irrigation District, Bonneville County, Idaho.
