Private First Class James S. Piren was charged with one specification of aggravated sexual assault and two specifications of abusive sexual contact, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006), and one specification of assault, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 928. Piren entered pleas of not guilty to all charges and specifications.
