WOLFE, Judge:
After a contested trial of the facts, a court-martial with enlisted representation convicted appellant, Sergeant (SGT) Eric F. Kelly, of abusive sexual contact and sexual assault in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2012 & Supp. I 2014) [hereinafter UCMJ].
