SHAW, J. pro tem.
Appelant, the executor of the will of the above named decedent, filed an account in which he listed several claims against the estate, stating that they had been allowed and were unpaid. Respondent, a legatee under the will, filed a contest of some of the claims thus listed. Two of the claims so contested are claims by the appellant himself. Each of these claims bears a dated endorsement of allowance and approval signed by a ‘ ‘ Court Commissioner of Los Angeles County,” but no approval of either claim by a judge appears.
