PIERSON, Justice.
This suit was brought by Katie M. Webster, in her individual right and as temporary administratrix and legal representative of the estate of G. O. Webster, deceased, and as next friend for Doris Webster and Marguerite Webster, minors, against the Texas & New Orleans Railroad Company for damages for the death of G. C. Webster while an employee of the railroad company in its yards at El Paso. Based upon the answers made by the jury to special issues submitted to them, the trial court entered judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $27,000. From this judgment the railroad…
