Plaintiff instituted this action against the defendant under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (45 U. S. C. A., §§ 51-59) to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on two separate occasions as a machinist inspector in defendant’s diesel shop at Osawatomie, Kansas.
