The defendant, Kraska Enterprises, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, granting a permanent injunction in favor of the plaintiffs, Stephen K. Reichen-bach, Ronald W. Kern, Ethel A. Kern, Curtis J. Knapper and Barbara K. Knapper. The defendant claims that the court improperly (1) denied its motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ action for failure to exhaust administrative remedies, (2) enforced a stipulated judgment against it that had been entered in 1983 and (3) construed the terms of the stipulated judgment.
