In this workers’ compensation action, the employee, Sue Orman, Plaintiff-Appellant, has appealed from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Shelby County, dismissing her complaint for workers’ compensation benefits. Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Defendant-Appellee, was the Plaintiff’s employer when she was injured on September 27, 1985.
