OPINION
FIRESTONE, Judge.
This military pay case is before the court on cross-motions for judgment upon the administrative record pursuant to Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”) 56.1. Plaintiff claims that she was involuntarily discharged from the United States Coast Guard (the “Coast Guard”) and seeks an award of separation pay.
