LYDON, Senior Judge.

In this military pay case,1 plaintiff, proceeding pro se, seeks reinstatement to active duty, back pay and allowances, and damages2 on the grounds the Department of the Air Force improperly refused to reenlist him after the expiration of his term of enlistment. Defendant has moved to dismiss plaintiffs complaint contending the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the claim set forth in the complaint. Plaintiff opposes defendant’s motion to dismiss.
