Petitioner, Raley’s Inc. (Raley’s), seeks review of a Decision and Order of the National-Labor Relations Board (Board) issued June 29, 1981 under National Labor Relations Act § 10(f), 29 U.S.C. § 160(f) (1976).1 The Board found that Raley’s had engaged in several unfair labor practices under sections 8(a)(1) and (2) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (2) (1976).
