U.S. Electrical Motors (the Company) petitions for review of gn order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which found the Company had committed unfair labor practices during an election campaign conducted by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (the Union) at the Company’s Mena, Arkansas, plant. The NLRB set aside the results of the election in which the Union was narrowly defeated and ordered a second election.
