OPINION
RANDALL, Judge.
This is an appeal by writ of certiorari from a decision of the Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS) certifying a union local. Minnesota Racetrack, Inc., Minnesota Concessions, Inc., 1 and Canterbury Downs Un ion Coalition 2 appeal from the determination of objections to certification of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 292 (Local 292) as exclusive bargaining unit.
